All of our employees in SDLC team carry industry recognized IBM Rational Certifications. Individuals with below certification have experience in solution design using Rational Tools in key phases of SDLC Life Cycle. The IBM Certified Infrastructure Systems Architect certification is designed to enhance the technical sales and solution design skills of an individual within the Business Partner firm to be better able to define and develop comprehensive client solutions. 

Most of our project managers maintain their PMP Certification. The Project Management Center of Excellence team @ Conch has been instrumental in providing training and other assistance to professionals aiming to excel in this domain.
