Conch Standard Process (CSP)

 Our customer base includes small to medium sized businesses (SMB) and well established companies. We typically adopt and follow software processes already defined and laid down by our clientele. However, we have created an easily deployable process framework called Conch Standard Process (CSP) which is modeled on the Rational Unified Process. CSP is a comprehensive Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology which helps us in evaluating our client’s environment and iteratively deploy in a very systematic manner until project reaches to next level.  

Our management processes reflect adherence to well known and established CMM level 2 standards. Conch uses well-tested productivity and management methods in our approach to schedule control, quality assurance, risk management, and management.  These business practices have been developed and proven, and have resulted in providing high quality products and services to our clients. It can easily be adapted to the specific needs of the project. It is suitable to different kinds of projects involving -  

• Application Development – New/ Existing Applications

• Quality Assurance – Testing of Proprietary/COTS applications in addition to the ones developed by Conch

• Application/Database Support
